Sunday Storytellers Are Back!

We're thrilled to announce the return of Sunday Storytellers at The Fountain on Delmar! After a month-long hiatus following the devastating tornado that hit our neighborhood on May 16, we're back with another exciting lineup of celebrated authors and entertainers.

Join us on Sunday, July 13, at 6 PM for an unforgettable evening with local author Lisa Brennan, who'll be sharing excerpts from her heartwarming book, The Auditorium in my Mind: Treasuring my Transgender Child. Enjoy our signature cocktails, indulge in a scoop (or two) of your favorite ice cream, or savor a light meal while you listen to Lisa's inspiring story.

After the reading, stick around for a Q&A session, book signing, and meet-and-greet with Lisa. This is a chance to connect with the author, ask questions, and show your support.

About the Book

Lisa's book is a beautifully written account of her family's journey as they learned to treasure and accept their youngest child, a transgender woman. With love, humor, and vulnerability, Lisa shares their story of growth, acceptance, and the magic that happens when we choose to see and appreciate each other for who we truly are. This book has resonated with churches, hospitals, and schools, and we're honored to have Lisa sharing her story with us.
